Yes, we accept returns.

Return window: you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Condition: the dress must be unworn, with no marks, stains, perfume or make-up, and with all tags attached. Worn or damaged items cannot be returned.

Refunds: once we have inspected the dress, we refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges: need a different size? We exchange it for the size you want, subject to stock. See Returns & Exchanges for the steps.

Our dresses are cut to flatter the figure, but sizing can vary slightly with the fabric and the style. To find your perfect fit, open the SIZE CHART on each product page, right under the size buttons.

Between two sizes? For corset and boned dresses choose the larger one. Still not sure? Write to us with your measurements and we will help you choose.

We deliver to all of Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery times with standard tracked shipping:

• Spain and the rest of Europe: 8-12 business days
• United Kingdom: 5-8 business days
• United States: 7-15 business days
• Canada: 7-16 business days
• United Arab Emirates: 5-9 business days
• Australia: 10-26 business days

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

After you complete your purchase, we need 1 to 3 business days to process your order.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. All products are delivered to your home at no extra cost.
