14-day returns

You can return any unworn dress within 14 days of delivery. If you live in the EU you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

Conditions

  • The dress must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached.
  • Please try dresses on over clean skin, without perfume, deodorant marks or make-up stains.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

How to return

  1. Contact us with your order number and the item you want to return.
  2. We send you the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the parcel with a tracked service and keep the receipt.
  4. We refund you to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Faulty or wrong item?

Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.
